My name is Garrett Kopka, Owner of G.KopkArt. I was born and raised in Southern Minnesota. Artistic talent surrounded me growing up, there was always some level of creativity running amuck. I always had a fancy for patterns, and optical illusions when I was younger. Nowadays I spend my time creating, somedays tie dye, others acrylics on stretched canvas or other cutouts. Many of my acrylic creations are blacklight reactive, some even glow in the dark! See you there!

Our shop started as 2 Minnesota sisters and has now expanded to include the woman who inspired us (and taught us how to knit, of course) – our amazing Mom! Each of us has a unique perspective on what we choose to knit, which allows us to have a wide variety of styles at any budget. Between the 3 of us, our hands are always busy! From hats with faux fur pom-poms to scarves, cowls, shawls, mittens, décor, and more, all of our handmade items are made from quality yarns and fabrics.

I sew and make fun items for both humans ages 2 to 102 and furry family members like dogs and cats. Recycled wool mittens including my zipper mittens with a hidden pocket. New this year are texting mittens to keep your fingers warm while allowing you send a quick update to someone on the score of a cold game or let your friends know where to find you at the latest outdoor adventure. Dog/cat collars and accessories (bow ties and flowers) are fun and were added when we added an 8 pound maltipoo, Opal.

Braam’s Boutique specializes in sewing handmade children’s clothing and accessories. My main featured clothing item is the fleece car seat poncho. These ponchos are fashionable and keep your little ones safe in the vehicle at the same time. You will find other sewn items such as knit dresses, knit rompers, bibs/burp clothes, quilted zipper pouches, hair bows, and hand crocheted cardigans. Custom sewing is also available.
