My name is Karin Carlson and together with my husband Brad, we have a small home based business called Carlsonville Garden and Woodcraft. We sell a variety of canned goodies, all from our southern Minnesota acreage. You will find pickles, pickled veggies, salsa, sauces, and jams. In additionn we also make woodcraft, from Swedish style butterknives, jam spatulas, kitchen utensils, sandwich boards, and more. The wood for our craft is all locally sourced around our farm.
